Edelweiss Finance Advisors is an independent corporate finance consultancy firm, that structures and arranges financings, advises on finance ability aspects, supports at the search for equity partners and at mergers and acquisitions, as well as valuations of companies. Basis for the services is the knowledge of and the experience with finances, financings and finance ability aspects, the way financial institutions work and think and the access to a broad network of various specialists. In combination with an analysis of the specific situation of the client as starting point for each consultancy assignment Edelweiss Finance Advisors is able to provide practical tailor-made advice and assist its clients in achieving transactions.

The name of Edelweiss Finance Advisors of course comes from the edelweiss plant. Edelweiss (Leontopodium alpinum) occurs in Europe mainly in the Swiss Alps, on inaccessible rocks and in high lain mountain pastures, where it grows in small groups. Herewith the name is symbol for:

• the high quality of the services being pursued;
• the close co-operation with the client and the partners in the network of Edelweiss Finance Advisors; and
• the Swiss descent of the founder of Edelweiss Finance Advisors.
